Carrick-on-Suir students honoured for their top Junior Cert business results

Eight students at Carrick-on-Suir's Scoil Mhuire Secondary School were presented with commemorative scrolls from Waterford Institute of Technology to mark their achievement in achieving an A grade in Higher Level Business Studies in the Junior Cert this year. 

WIT's Head of Business Studies Department Dr Thomas O'Toole presented the scrolls to the students at a ceremony last Tuesday, October 16. Their teachers are Ms Foley and Ms Mary Greene. 

Students who received the award were Abigail Quigley, Hannah Scanlon, Mia Norris, Fia Clery, Meg Hennebry, Jessica Enright, Aoife Walsh and Emma Phelan.
