Tallymen predicting upset in Thurles elections

Tally men at the election count in Tipperary are predicting an upset in the Thurles electoral area where they claim Sinn Fein's David Doran may lose out to newcomer Peter Ryan.

However, with key boxes yet to be opened it is too early to predict the outcome.
