ADVISORY: Orange weather warning in place for Tipperary from this evening
Met Éireann has issued an orange weather warning for Tipperary and the rest of the country.
The warning has been in place since 5pm on Sunday and remains so until midday on Monday.
Met Éireann says nationally:
"A severe frost and further icy stretches will set in on Sunday night, accompanied by patches of freezing fog. Temperatures likely to fall below -5 degrees in many areas."
A yellow warning is currently in place from Tuesday until Friday, with next week looking like a very cold one.
