Big changes in mass times for this Tipperary Parish next year

A letter from Archbishop Kieran O'Reilly was read at all masses by members of the Parish Pastoral Team.

Groups of parishes will work together to better serve the needs of each community.

This will involve priests and people working together in a spirit of co-responsibility.

Moycarkey-Borris-Littleton is grouped with Thurles, Moyne-Templetuohy and Gortnahoe-Glengoole.

The weekend Mass schedules in all the new Parish groupings have been decided, and each rural church will have one weekend Mass.

These changes will begin on February 4 and 5, 2023. The new timetable is Moycarkey: Saturday at 6:30 pm. Two Mile Borris: Sunday at 10:30 am. Littleton: Sunday at noon.

Eight priests will move between the parishes once a month in a spirit of cooperation and building links between the nine church communities.
