Dundrum AC’s Dymphna Ryan, who won silver at the National Masters Indoor Over 40 1,500 metres championship in Athlone
The National Masters Indoor Championships were held on Sunday last in the Athlone International Arena.
Dundrum’s Dymphna Ryan competed in the Women’s Over 40 1,500 metres.
She had a fantastic race to win silver in a fast time of 4:41.16.
Well done Dymphna.
