Cahir Park back where they belong - top flight in Tipperary soccer!

Congratulations to Cahir Park’s first team on their promotion back to the TSDL Premier League. The club bounced back from a tough season last year but they stuck together and worked hard to show that they do belong in the top flight.

Huge thanks goes to the all the players in both the first and second teams for their hard work all season. Hail, rain or shine these boys have given everything for the Cahir Park jersey.

Jonas Kerr has been brilliant as both a coach and manager. We are truly grateful to have that coaching experience for the players.

The management team of Paddy Purtill, Paul Conway and Shane Ferris have been tremendous in making sure that the team has had everything they needed to succeed.

The club and committee wish the team and management the best of luck against a really good Old Bridge team this Sunday at 3pm. Best wishes on Sunday from the Cahir Park committee. If you’re around come along to see the boys play in Clonmel in what is bound to be an extraordinary battle between two equally good sides.
