Coláiste Mhuire take home top prizes in the Tipperary Student Enterprise County Final
Congratulations to our students who won awards in all three categories at the recent Tipperary Student Enterprise County Final that took place in TUS Thurles.
In the Junior category (first-years), our Shoe Shop team won the overall third prize Joey Doyle, Max Doyle and Paddy Ely.
In the Intermediate Category (second and third yrs.) Ronan O’Grady and Oisín Joyce won overall second prize for their customised wooden maps. In the Senior Category (TY, fifth and sixth) Jack Ryan (pictured above) won the best Social Media award for his business.
He used SumUp as an online payment method in conjunction with Instagram as a means of promotion.
All our students received a €50 all-for-one voucher and a trophy.
Well done to all our budding entrepreneurs on their outstanding achievement of winning in all categories and to Ms Bergin, who worked tirelessly mentoring & guiding all participants of CMCO.
A special word of thanks also to staff and students who called into TUS to proudly support our entrants.
