Boherlahan/Dualla delighted with performances in Tipperary Community Games

The Boherlahan/Dualla girls under 10 football team who gave a great display against Ballingarry ing the county semi-finals of the Community Games on Saturday last.

COMMUNITY GAMES


There has been two fantastic weekends recently for Boherlahan Dualla participants in Community Games activities.


First up were two young ladies, Abi Power and Tríona Heffernan who took part in the county swimming competition in Thurles on Sunday, March 19. Both swam very well, with Abi Power bringing home a silver medal for u16 breaststroke.


Next in action on Saturday last, March 25 were the u10 girls indoor soccer team who gave a great display in their county semi final against the newly crowned county champions, Ballingarry.
Best wishes to Ballingarry in the Munster competition.


Finally, on Sunday last, March 26 were the Handwriting and Art competitions where 22 boys and girls representing Boherlahan Dualla attended.


There were nine medal winners, with those who placed first and second being eligible to go on to represent Tipperary in national competition on September 9/10 in Carlow.
Congratulations to all. Fantastic displays of handwriting and art.

Medal winners in Art: Donnacha Ryan Gold u8; Amelia Mulcahy Silver u8; Caoimhe Hickey Bronze u10; Ellen Maher Bronze u12; Jack Maher Bronze u14.
