A multiple senior county title winning hurler and prominent Toomevara businessman Tony Delaney is set to appear on the Late Late Show this Friday night for an intimate interview about his past.
A successful businessman, running a company (SYS Group) with a turnover of millions, Delaney is set to open up about his horrible experience of being indecently assaulted as a child and how he found justice in court earlier this year after a lengthy legal battle.
Delaney is a well known figure in GAA circles around the county, having been a regular fixture on the great Toomevara team of the 90's and 2000's who won numerous county titles as well as Munster titles with the north Tipp club.
The programme will be on RTÉ 1 tomorrow (Friday) night at 9.30pm.
