The participants enjoyed a variety of activities
A great day was enjoyed by all who attended Tipperary Sports Partnership’s Go For Life Older Adult Festival in The Anner Hotel, Thurles.
Well done to all the participants who thoroughly enjoyed boccia, a yoga workshop, dance, active ageing exercises and using activator poles.
Thanks are extended to the tutors and civil defence for their assistance.
The day ended on a high note, with The Monks providing beautiful music and Angela singing a beautiful song.
Well done to all who contributed to the success of the event.
