Mid Tipperary GAA Scene: Gortnahoe Glengoole GAA officially open new pitch

Cahill Cup Semi Finals: Both Cahill Cup Semi Finals are down for decision this week. On Tuesday evening Holycross Ballycahill and JK Brackens locked horns. Result was not at hand of time of going to print. Tonight, Wednesday sees Moycarkey Borris play host to Thurles Sarsfields at 7.15pm in Littleton. Tickets are still available via the Tipperary GAA website.

Junior Hurling League Division 1: All roads lead to Drombane this Friday evening as Holycross Ballycahill and Drom Inch lock horns in the Sign On Templemore Division 1 Final. Throw in is at 7pm and tickets are available once again via the Tipperary website.

Junior Hurling League Division 2: Last weekend’s Division 2 final was postponed to this Sunday due to a bereavement in the Moyne Templetuohy Club. The re-fixture will now take place this coming Sunday morning at 12 noon in Gortnahoe. All previous tickets are still valid for this fixture. 

Junior Hurling League Division 3: The pairing for this year’s Templetuohy Bus and Cab Hire Division 3 final is now known. Holycross Ballycahill and Drom Inch will compete in this year’s decider. No fixture was available at time of printing. 

Gortnahoe Glengoole: Huge congratulations to the Gortnahoe Glengoole Club who officially opened their new pitch on Sunday morning last. Well done to all those involved in making this phase of their development a success. 

Inter County: Commiserations to the Tipperary Footballers who lost out to Meath in round 1 of the Tailteann Cup. We wish our Senior Hurlers all the best next Sunday where they face the All Ireland Champions at 4pm in FBD Semple Stadium.
