It was a great treat to see a dual exhibition open in Cahir Arts last Friday evening. Donna McNamara a mixed Media Artist and Cora Cummins a Ceramics Artist.
Titled ‘New Horizons’ an Exhibition of Ceramics and Print, the exhibition will run in Cahir Arts until June 18 and this is yet another one that you should take time to view and enjoy.
The two exhibitions complement each other with the colourful, contrasting and layered detail of Donna’s beautiful paintings set against the solid yet subtle pottery pieces of Cora’s stunning and tactile ceramic works.
Gallery owner Siobhan Caplice welcomed both artists to Cahir on the night where a great crowd of the artists’ family, fans, friends and students came to support and take in the fantastic volume of work on display.
