Moycarkey Coolcroo club member Sean Mockler
Tipperary’s Sean Mockler showed his class once more at the European Team Championships this morning.
The Moycarkey Coolcroo AC clubman was in action in Poland representing his country in the Division three Men’s Hammer Throw competition.
Sean is a student of Indiana University, USA and has been growing in experience over the recent past with many successes in competitions to date.
Earlier today he won with his second throw of 63.83, despite having three throws that didn't reach the grade.
Georgian athlete Goga Tchikhavaria finished second to the Tipperary athlete with a throw of 62.80.
The talented Moycarkey Coolcroo star hopes to defend his All Ireland Hammer title at the National Track & Field championships which are due to take place on July 21st.
