East Munster Finals Successes
Congratulations to the Cahir Park Ladies Revive Active Fourball Team who won the East Munster Final on Saturday last, July 22 in a tough match against Monkstown Golf Club in rough weather conditions. Team Managers are Captain Mary Lyons and Chris Noonan.
On Sunday, July 23 our Men's Pierce Purcell Team were in action against Clonakilty. After 9 holes the Cahir team was looking to be up against it with the Clonakilty team looking strong at that point. Over the course of the back 9 the tide started to turn in Cahir Park's favour and with a numbers of matches being settled in a short period of time between the 16th to 18th holes our team ran out 4-1 winners.
