Aldi announced with great pleasure that their Tipperary Town Assistant Store Manager, Noel Phillips, is celebrating his 10-year work anniversary with the business.
Originally from Cashel, Noel Phillips has worked at the ALDI Tipperary Town store and has worked at ALDI since 2013.
Within his first year, Noel was promoted to Deputy Store Manager in ALDI Cashel from his Store Assistant role in Cahir, before progressing to his current role as Assistant Store Manager in 2018.
As a well-respected member of the Tipperary Town store, Noel works alongside a committed, dedicated team of store colleagues, and has seen ALDI continue to grow and invest across the country over the years.
Commenting on his work anniversary, Noel said: “It is an honour for my long service to be recognised by such a big company, like ALDI.
"I am acknowledged as a leader in my role, which is personally very important to me, as this position allows me to develop alongside my colleagues within a team environment.
“I thoroughly enjoy my role as Assistant Store Manager. It has been a privilege to work at ALDI for 10 years. I’ve loved working here and it’s the customers and my colleagues that make the local Tipperary Town store such a great place to work.”
Donald Mackay, Managing Director of Operations at ALDI Ireland, said: “We’re incredibly grateful to all our colleagues and take great pride in celebrating their achievements.”
“Noel has played a key part in our growth and success, and I would like to thank him for his contribution to the business.
"Our colleagues allow us to connect with wider communities and continue to provide the high-quality service that customers keep coming back for.”
