Tipperary Sports Partnership's Walking Programme was a great success

Following the final walk, a well-deserved cup of tea awaited the participants

Tipperary Sports Partnership's eight-Week Walking Programme in Cahir ended recently. 

The programme, led by Siul Eile, proved to be a great success.

Over the eight weeks the participants gathered to embrace the benefits of walking, both for physical fitness and mental well-being.

Following the final walk, a well-deserved cup of tea awaited the participants, providing a moment to reflect on their achievements.

"Tús maith leath na hoibre," a sentiment often shared in Irish culture, captures the essence of this walking initiative.
