Tipperary AFLW player switches clubs after four-year stint at the West Coast Eagles

Tipperary's Aisling McCarthy has switched clubs in Australia after ending a four-year stint with the West Coast Eagles.

The Cahir native has spent the last four years as a member of the Perth-based club but has today announced that she has signed on with the Fremantle Dockers who are also based in the same city.

The move means McCarthy has joined a third club after starting her career down under with the Western Bulldogs, and the former Tipperary ladies football star will join fellow Irish players Orlagh Lally (Meath), Joanne Cregg (Roscommon), Amy Mulholland (Armagh) and Áine Tighe (Leitrim) at the Perth side.
