A Tipperary Tidy Town group giving Christmas cheer and lighting to many. Well done Cashel!

Last week was a very busy one for the Cashel Tidy Towns group in which they achieved a lot despite the poor weather. Many pots that were destroyed by the frost have now been emptied and made ready for planting, it is intended to have most replanted in time for Christmas.


Tidy Town have again put lights on the waterwheel to brighten up the entrance to Cashel from the Old Dublin Road.

The other work involved members of Tidy Town and the Men's Shed in helping to put the nativity scene into St John the Baptist church.


The group out on Friday were invited into Bowes & Co and treated to teas and scones which was very much appreciated by all.
