West Tipperary GAA Club hoping to set up a Ladies Gaelic Football Club of their own

There will be a meeting with a discussion in Monard Community Hall on Friday, January 26, at 8pm about a Ladies Gaelic Football Club

LADIES FOOTBALL


There will be a meeting with a discussion in Monard Community Hall on Friday, January 26, at 8pm with regarding the setting up of a mothers and others and other adult Ladies Football teams and underage teams in the parish.

Hopefully it generates a good attendance and debate paving the way for a Sologhead Ladies Football team.

SOLOGHEAD GAA CLUB
Sologhead GAA Club will hold their adjourned AGM this Friday night, January 19.
The following positions which were not filled at AGM to be ratified for 2024, Vice Chairman, Coaching and Development Officer, Player Representative on Club Committee, Junior Football Team Manager and Club Delegate to Co. Football Board.

ACE OF HEARTS DRAW
The jackpot of €1600 for Monday night, January 8, went unclaimed with the following taking the runners-up prizes, Mia Dee c/o Willie Dee €50 (first name drawn), 4 x €25 spot prizes Mary English Boherdota, Tommy Ryan (Rookie), Mary Webster c/o Breda Redican, Bridget Barry Online and the sellers prize went to Timmy O’Dwyer.
The Jackpot for last Monday night, January 15, increased to €1,700.
