This Sunday 5th May at 15.30, the County Tipperary Ryan Youth Orchestra conducted and Directed by Michael John Ryan are delighted to once again hold a Musical Recital in The Great Hall, Cahir Castle.

Following on from our fantastic recital last year when we made history as we were the first ever live Youth Orchestra that played in the Great Hall, Cahir Castle. We had a capacity crowd in the Great Hall last year and afterwards the sun shone down as we explored this ancient monument.

Cahir Castle is one of Ireland's most prominent and best-preserved medieval castles it is also one of the largest castles in Ireland, it is sited on an island in the river Suir, in Cahir.

This year on the 5th May at 3.30 this free Recital in The Great Hall, Cahir Castle by The County Tipperary Ryan Youth Orchestra will be open to the Castle visitors on the day.  We are so excited to showcase the wonderful talented Youth Orchestra that are just back from touring and performing in the International Roma Festival in Italy recently.

We are most grateful to the Office of Public Works and especially the Cahir Castle OPW staff for facilitating this beautiful recital in the Great Hall. This is only one of the many exciting events that this Youth Orchestra has scheduled for this Year and next.

If you wish to join The County Tipperary Ryan Youth Orchestra please contact Michael John Ryan on 0877612533 or Danny Ryan Music Shop, Tipperary Town for more details.
