IN PICTURES: Stars of the future show skill in Tipperary Feile na nGael 2024 edition

The 2024 edition of the Tipperary Feile na nGael took place around the Premier last weekend with brilliant action in pitches around the county.

There was talent, enthusiasm, and no shortage of skill on show throughout the weekend, with teams battling it out before the competition was whittled down to the finals on Sunday with eight divisions and their finals taking place.

In Division 1, Newport produced a brilliant display to beat a strong Durlas Óg side in an exciting final encounter, with the north club edging past their mid opponents on a 1-7 to 0-4 scoreline.

The Division 2 title went to Gortnahoe Glengoole after a fiery contest in which the mid-club won by 3-9 to 3-6 against Nenagh Éire Óg.

Toomevara had a comfortable win in the Division 3 final against a gallant Clonmel Óg effort. At the same time, their neighbours Borris-Ileigh made little of the challenge of Silvermines to clinch the Division 4 title.

Knockmealdown Gaels beat Golden Kilfeacle in the Division 5 decider, while Ballinahinch/Templederry were crowned Division 6 champions with via ctory over Portroe by 1-5 to 0-1.

The Division 7 title went to Knockavilla Kickhams after a 2-9 to 2-6 win over Newcastle, while Division 8 saw revenge for Durlas Óg with a narrow win over Newport by 3-6 to 1-2.
