The draw got underway at Revel at The Ragg.
Big crowds travelled to 'Revel at The Ragg' for the first draw of the new season and it was attended by Tom O'Donnell chair of the draw committee and Murtagh Brennan Tipperary CEO while All-Ireland winning captain Seamus Callanan was also on hand. The top prize of €30,000 went southwards to the St. Patrick's club where Billy Clancy was the winner.
Second prize of €5,000 or a trip to Australia was claimed by Denis Kennedy of JK Brackens GAA club while the third prize on the night, €2,000, went to the night went to Ann McGuire of Clonakenny.
