Novice ladies Eileen Ely, Louise Fogarty and Caroline Fogarty from Moyne Athletic Club took part in the Munster Novice Cross Country Championships
Eileen Ely was the first Moyne lady across the line. In a fantastic performance Eileen stormed home, claiming 7th place with an impressive a top 10 finish.
Eileen competed the course in 17.01. Next across the line for Moyne AC was Louise Fogarty for her 2024 cross country debut with a great 13th place finish with a time of 17.22.
Caroline Fogarty was next home for Moyne A.C. on her Munster XC championship debut to finish in 40th position overall with a time of 19:46.
Eileen and Louise were also scoring members to the Tipperary ladies team who finished in 2nd position in the county competition. Well done ladies.
