Tipperary Gardaí forced to pursue motorist who tried to avoid checkpoint in busy town
Tipperary Gardaí were forced to hunt down a driver in Nenagh on Wednesday after the motorist tried to avoid a checkpoint.
While Gardaí were holding a checkpoint on the Limerick Road in Nenagh, the driver of a car tried to evade officials.
After pursuing and pulling over the motorist in question, it was discovered that they were an unaccompanied learner permit holder and the car had no tax. As a result, the car was seized.
