Kilcooley Charity Pony Ride

Kilcooley Fun Rides are delighted to announce that our next fun ride on the 16th September will be run entirely in aid of the Bru Columbanus Charity.
Bru Columbanus is an independent charity that provide “home from home” accommodation for relatives of seriously ill patients in any of the Cork hospitals and hospice.
The ride will take place in Kilcooley Abbey, Gortnahoe, Thurles. Just 3 minutes from the motorway. Starting at 12:30 pm, with over 160 jumps suiting all levels of riders. All jumps are optional to suit anyone who would just like to come along and enjoy a nice trek around the woods of Kilcooley estate. The ride will last for over 3 hours and a guaranteed fantastic day will be had by all. Horses €20. Ponies €15. The event will be followed later by a BBQ where we will be holding a raffle with some great prizes.
