The applicant for the off licence is Loman Caulfield
There are plans to open an off licence at The Poppyfields retail park in Clonmel.
The proposals are for the former Carphone Warehouse outlet, which closed some time ago, in the retail park.
The off licence would be occupied by the Cavavin chain of specialist wine outlets and the applicant is Loman Caulfield.
A decision from Tipperary County Council is due on November 15.
