There will be a Tipperary involvement in two Munster GAA Club Championship finals this weekend.

On Saturday the Munster Club Senior Hurling Championship final between Ballygunner and Ballyea takes place at 3.15 in FBD Semple Stadium and the man in charge of the whistle will be Newcastle’s Michael Kennedy.

If necessary there will be extra time and the match, which will be shown live on TG4, will be played to a conclusion.

The Munster Club Junior Hurling Championship final between Ballygiblin (Cork) and St Kieran's of Limerick will be played on Sunday in Mallow at 1pm and again Tipperary will be represented, this time by Silvermines club man Conor Doyle, who has been given the honour of refereeing the final.

There will be extra time if necessary (with the result on the day).
