Tipperary village turn up in numbers at Thomond Park to shout on their hero against Toulouse

Diarmuid Barron took a few minutes out from his preparation for the big European Cup game to greet relatives and friends from the New Inn area, especially his ever so proud aunt Mary Frances

A large crew from the village of New Inn and surrounding areas travelled to Thomond Park Stadium in Limerick to see Munster against Toulouse in the European Champions Cup last Sunday.

Unfortunately it was not to be Munster’s Day with the French side emerging victors.

Thanks to Munster’s Diarmuid Barron, a native of New Inn, for coming out to meet everyone before the game. It was much appreciated. The young crew, especially, were delighted, to meet the Munster hooker.

Well done Diarmuid, you continue to do the village proud.
