The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) will hold a blood donation clinic at Nenagh Scouts Hall on Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th, Wednesday 15th & Thursday 16th January from 4.50pm - 8.20pm.
The clinic is open to both new and returning donors, with appointments available by calling 1800 222 111.
IBTS is urging everyone to make a special effort to donate blood during this period, as 45 normally scheduled clinics will not be held over the holiday season.

In addition clinic attendance has been adversely impacted by the recent bad weather.
The need for donations is especially high as hospitals continue to require blood for transfusions, with over 200 patients receiving blood daily.
New donors are welcome at all clinics, and the IBTS encourages members of the local community to consider giving blood during this vital time. To make a booking, please call 1800 222 111.
"We are incredibly grateful to the Tipperary community for their continued support throughout 2024. Their generous blood donations help save lives every day. New donors, especially younger individuals and those of African heritage, are encouraged to make their New Year’s resolution to become a blood donor and help save lives " said Alex O’Connor, Donor Recruitment Executive for IBTS.
For more information or to make a booking, please call 1800 222 111.
