A man aged in his 50s has died after a workplace incident in Roscrea yesterday (Wednesday, May 29).
The tragic incident happened at a water treatment plant close to the town centre before lunchtime.
The man's remains have were taken to University Hospital Limerick for a postmortem and the Health and Safety Authority and Gardaí are investigating the incident.
