Festive celebrations at Clonmel and District Wheelchair Society

Clonmel Wheelchair Society host annual Christmas mass and dinner

A great day was had by all at Clonmel and District Wheelchair Society’s 30th annual Christmas dinner and mass in Hillview Sports Club on Saturday 3rd December.

There was tasty food and lively music, with those in attendance placing ribbons on a Christmas tree in memory of deceased past members and loved ones.

The society thanks Hillview Sports Club for providing the use of their facilities; Fr. Bobby Power for saying mass; Noelette Phelan for the delicious food; Ken Horne and Elco Beckers for the lively music; Clonmel Red Cross; invited guests; TDs Seamus Healy and Mattie McGrath; Clonmel/Cahir Borough District councillors Andy Maloney, Siobhan Ambrose and Richie Molloy; and all those who helped make the occasion a huge success.
