As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, we acknowledge the women who play an integral and vital role in the success of The Source Arts Centre. From Box Office Management, Finance, Bar Services, Marketing and Events Managing, these are just a fraction of the jobs undertaken by the largely female workplace.
The Source Arts Centre has been in operation in Thurles since 2006. Since then, we’ve delivered over 2000 live and online events, 100 gallery exhibitions, countless workshops and talks for adults and children and a huge number of individual interactions both small and large.

We are fortunate to have a harmonious, supportive, and positive work environment. This balance couldn’t be achieved without our diverse and overall team led by Brendan Maher as Artistic Director.
