Horan Automation and Robotics are proud to be a local, family-owned business which was established in Cashel, Co. Tipperary in 1996. Initially employing 4 people, our team has grown steadily to meet the demand of our developing client base. Today we employ a highly skilled team of 9 engineers across robotics, electrical, mechanical, design and software development. 

Our core business is the design, integration and commissioning of precision engineered bespoke solutions for the Irish manufacturing sector. Our business supports the dairy, food and aggregates, MedTech including device assembly and pharma sectors, among many others. 

In 2020 we recognised the need for a wider and more comprehensive offering. This led to the development of a series of successful partnerships with global brands such as Fanuc Robotics, Global AGV, Robos Logistic systems and Intecro Robotics systems, while building on our existing relationships with our legacy key partners such as Carlow Toolmaking, Keyence vision and our contract manufacturing agency, Hualian Machinery China.   The development and deepening of these partnerships have given us a unique leading-edge over many of the other integrators in the market today. Our 24-7 service team provides peace of mind and rapid action to ensure operational uptime is maximised. 

AGV technology in particular has evolved both from a technological standpoint and vitally from a cost perspective to become a far more intelligent choice for businesses whose output demands are outstripped by their ability to attract and retain staff. We work with some of Ireland’s key businesses to design, specify and integrate systems and solutions which actively support their production, outputs and bottom-line profitability.
