Cara Ryan, a Second Year student in Loreto Clonmel, with the two silver medals she won at the 123.ie National Post-Primary Schools Track and Field Championships held in Tullamore last weekend.
Cara competed in the junior girls long jump and high jump, jumping an impressive 5.37 metres and clearing 1.55 metres respectively.
It was a fantastic performance from this young athlete with a bright future in the sport.
