Tipperary player helps Ireland to achieve European Youths Darts success

Clonmel's Aidan O'Hara was on the Irish team that won the WDF (World Darts Federation) European Boys Youth Cup at the weekend.

The team that also included Sean McKeon, Callum Coade and Shane Porter were overall team gold medallists.

Germany and The Netherlands finished joint second on 110 points, with England in fourth place. 

The event was held in Riga in Latvia.

The Irish team arrived home to a great reception at Dublin Airport yesterday, as did the Irish women's team, including Ina Byrne and Rebecca Allen, that also competed at the tournament.
