Mid Tipperary features five attractive divisional hurling championship finals this weekend

The meeting of Thurles Sarsfields and Loughmore-Castleiney is sure to attract a bumper crowd to Templetuohy (3pm) on Sunday, September 9th for the final of the Centenary Agri Mid Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship, but four other finals also feature in the division this weekend.

The clash between Thurles Sarsfields and Loughmore-Castleiney will whet the appetite of hurling people the length and breadth of the county, but the curtain-raiser to Sunday's senior final is also likely to feature some sparkling fare - at 1pm Thurles Sarsfields or Boherlahan-Dualla will take on Holycross-Ballycahill in the final of the Roskeen Construction Mid Tipp Junior A Hurling Championship.

On Friday, September 7th Kickham Park in Thurles will host the Jim & Anne Kennedy Junior B Football Championship final between Moyne-Templetuohy and Thurles Gaels (6.30pm).

Meanwhile on Saturday Templemore will feature a cracking double-header - at 3pm Drom & Inch and Gortnahoe-Glengoole will collide in the final of the Thurles Credit Union Mid Tipperary Minor B Hurling Championship while at 4.30pm Holycross-Ballycahill will face off against Moycarkey-Borris in the final of the Thurles Credit Union Mid Tipperary Minor A Hurling Championship.
