Tipperary college postpones major event due to uncertainty caused by fuel crisis

MIC Thurles

Mary Immaculate College has announced that the MIC Thurles Student Experience Day originally scheduled for Saturday, April 11 has been postponed until Saturday, April 25, from 9:30am to 2pm.

They say this decision has been regretfully taken in response to the ongoing fuel protests and the uncertainty they present in relation to travel and fuel availability.

They say their priority is to ensure that all prospective students, families and staff can travel to and from the campus without unnecessary disruption.

In a statement, a spokesperson said: “We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding. We very much hope that you will be able to join us on 25 April for what promises to be an informative and enjoyable day.”
