The single-vehicle crash happened at around 9.30pm on Wednesday night at Cordangan.
A man in his 20s has died in a road traffic accident on the N24 between Tipperary Town and Bansha.

In a statement on Thursday morning, gardaí said they and emergency services were alerted to the single-car collision on the N24 at Cordangan Cross at approximately 9:45pm.
The driver – and sole occupant of the car – was pronounced dead at the scene.
The N24 remains closed as of Thursday morning pending an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Tipperary gardaí are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them on 062 80670.
The statement said: "The male driver and sole occupant, aged in his 20s, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
"His body was removed to Waterford University Hospital where a post-mortem examination will take place in due course.
"The road remains closed this morning pending a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators. Local diversions are in place.
"Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
"Any road users, who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were traveling in the area around Tipperary Town and the Bansha Road between 9pm and 10pm are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
"In particular, gardaí are interested in potential sightings of a 2005-registered grey Toyota Yaris during this period."

The latest death on Premier County roads comes after two young men died on Saturday last in an horrific four-vehicle crash while another man died in a separate crash in Clonmel in the early hours of Sunday morning.
