The Grange Development Association and Tidy Village AGMs will take place Friday, March 22, at 7 pm in Grange Community Hall.

GDA and Tidy Village AGM’S
The Grange Development Association and Tidy Village AGMs will take place Friday, March 22, at 7 pm in Grange Community Hall. We were delighted to come first for the second year in our category in the South Tipperary section of the Tidy Towns competition.
The lighting for the walkway was one of the priority projects completed in 2023. It would be great to have as many as possible at the meeting to hear about the progress on community projects and offer support and ideas for ongoing and future projects.
Please spread the word and encourage others to attend.

Grange Community Spring Clean-up
The annual 2024 Community Spring Clean-up by the GDA Tidy Village Group takes place this year from Monday, March 11 until Wednesday, March 27. Volunteers will meet on Tuesday next, March 26 at 6 pm at the Community Hall to collect litter in the village and on the approach roads and other work.
All members of the community can help in the Spring Clean-up by removing any litter or weeds and maintaining the grass verges in their area. Any litter collected must be put in special An Taisce bags which are available from Noreen Doheny (087 6564975) or any Tidy Village volunteer or through the school. The collection by the Council of the An Taisce litter bags will take place on Wednesday, March 27. Bags should be left at the school or at the Village Green before 11.00 a.m. All help appreciated.
