In 1979 Eva Crane the world renowned bee archaeologist visited Milford House to register the Bee Boles built in 1650 on the international register of Bee Boles.
A performance art event commemorating this event will take place in Borrisokane this weekend for Heritage Week 2024.
The event is brought to you by Culture Moves Bursary Artists Steef Kersbergen, Caro Ruoff, Wolodymyr Topiy, Mariya Hoyin & Philemon Mukarno alongside LAI director and Mixtress of ceremonies Deej Faby.
The venue will be live Art Ireland at Milford House, Milford, Borrisokane, E45 P084, Co. Tipperary. The event will begin at 5pm on Sunday and will finish at 7pm.
