Have you got young people at home who would like to take to the stage or, create behind the scenes in a professional theatre space? This year at The Source Arts Centre young people get to design, produce and take part in their very own theatre performance.
This teen summer camp is the perfect solution to break up the holidays and they get to meet and make new friends with local and European people their own age. Under the direction of professional designers, directors, performers, and musicians, this is a one of a kind summer camp that culminates in a spectacular stage show for friends and family at the end of the week.
The Source Arts Centre Teen Summer Camp 2018 takes place at the Monday from 2 July to Saturday 7 July, 10am to 5pm daily. Cost €100. Suitable for ages 13 to 17 years
Song School Camp
If you think music is life then create, perform & record with us. During this week-long program you will do all of this and much more. Songschool is for secondary school age students who are interested in writing and recording songs, performing them at an evening concert, making a music video, learning about music technology, and meeting people who love music as much as they do, not to mention forming bands and having fun!
Songschool has been running for over 15 years in venues such as The National Concert Hall, so don’t miss your chance to take part.
Songschool at The Source Arts Centre Thurles from Monday 23 July to Friday 27 July from 10am to 4pm daily. Cost €100. Suitable Ages: 12-18 years
