Tipperary parents are encouraged to apply for the School Transport Scheme
Tipperary parents and guardians can now apply for school transport for their kids as the scheme has reopened for applications.
The Bus Éireann School Transport Scheme has reopened for applications for the 2025/2026 school year, with the deadline for applications set for later this month.
First-time school transport applicants need to register for the coming year, as well as students who will change home address or school during the upcoming school year.

Those who have previously used the scheme simply need to log into the online portal and pay the fee to secure their place for the new school term.
The fees for the new year are €50 for primary students, €75 for post-primary, and are set at a maximum €125 per family.

The deadline for applications is April 25, 2025, and applications can be submitted here.
