A huge well done to the local volunteers who took part in a successful litter pick from Knockavilla to Cashel last weekend.
The initiative was organised by a group of dedicated residents in conjunction with National Spring Clean 2025.
Thanks to their incredible efforts, a shocking more than 160 bags of rubbish were collected along the route — a major win for the environment and the community.

The goal is to tidy the entire village and the approach roads.
All helping hands are welcome — the more volunteers, the better the coverage.
Please bring hi-vis gear and gloves, and if possible, offer the use of a tractor and trailer or vehicles with safety beacons to help with rubbish collection.
Please note: This clean-up is not suitable for children.
