Revealed: Double celebration for newly-qualified solicitor and new council Cathaoirleach!

Double congratulations are in order for local man Conor Bergin, Shanboe, Borris-in-Ossory.

Conor recently qualified as a solicitor and also was elected as the new Cathaoirleach of the Borris-in-Ossory/Mountmellick Municipal District, the largest of the three local electoral areas in county Laois.

Conor is son of Gerard and Kathryn Bergin, Shanboe, Borris-in-Ossory.

He is wished every success in his career as a solicitor and also in his new role as chairperson of the Municipal District.
