A dramatic rescue took place in Tipperary overnight that led to a stretcher evacuation of a casualty.
The South Eastern Mountain Rescue Association posted a video of the rescue on social media showing extremely difficult conditions at 2am on Friday morning.

The stretcher evacuation was from Galtybeg and the casualty was evacuated in Land Rover and taken to an ambulance.
People have been praising the rescue on social media, saying: "Amazing people. Those you for all you do."
Another added: "Well done once again SEMRA. Always there 24/7 when called upon. Fantastic group of volunteers. Best wishes to the casualty for speedy recovery."
One said: "Incredible stuff, huge well done and thanks to all involved."
