Rachael Blackmore mural by Neil O'Dwyer
This stunning mural of Ireland's history making jockey Rachael Blackmore can be seen across the road from Tipperary Racecourse at Limerick Junction, County Tipperary. The location is MJ Buckley's at the Gastrobar & Guesthouse, appropriately called 'The Junction'.
Rachael made history by becoming the first (and only) woman to win the Aintree Grand National in it's 184 year old history. 'Minella Times' was her mount for the famous 2021 victory. Her most famous victory was aboard 'Honeysuckle' and she also celebrated a great victory with 'A Plus Tard' at Cheltenham.
