Clonmel Credit Union has announced the launch of its Student Bursary Award Scheme 2024.

The bursary is available for leaving certificate students in Clonmel to help alleviate some of the financial burden associated with attending third level education.

The bursary is for full-time courses of at least one year in duration. Proof of course application will be required.

Applications are now open to 6th-year leaving certificate students commencing third-level education in September 2024.

Those interested in applying can do so via an application form on www.clonmelcu.com/bursary. Applicants must currently attend one of the secondary schools within the local community, those being Presentation Secondary School, Loreto Secondary School, CBS Highschool, Raheen College, Gaelcholáiste Chéitinn, and Patrician Presentation Secondary School, Fethard, and be a member of or open an account with Clonmel Credit Union. The closing date is August 10th, 2024.

“We believe in investing in the future of our community and supporting education is an important part of that commitment. By offering these bursaries, we hope to empower students to reach their full potential and contribute positively to our society.
