Ballymarcbry village are thrilled to announce the opening of Panda Playground. The security fencing has been taken down, and the playground is now open for everyone to enjoy. This amazing amenity is a fantastic addition to our community, providing a wonderful space for kids and families to play, relax, and create lasting memories. Since opening the playground has been a hive of activity. This space was once an occasionally used carpark, it has now become the central meeting point for our community and will be so for years to come. Come join them and explore the fun and excitement at Panda Playground.
They continue to receive much needed financial support from the community for this playground and send thanks to all those that have supported them and donated. They are still short of the required fund of €170,000. A bank loan is being used to bridge this gap. If you are in a position to donate, you can still do so. Please contact the Community Centre at 086 032 8467 or view their social media for donation details. By donating you are contributing to a wonderful long lasting amenity which will bring laughter and fun into the heart of our beautiful village for years to come.
They plan to have an official opening event for Panda Playground in the coming weeks. Details of this event will be well communicated in advance.
