The Tipperary Under 20 footballers got caught by an early Clare goal that gave them the platform to defeat a gallant Tipperary side at Thurles in the Munster Under 20 football championship knockout match. Despite leading the way for some time in the match, 1-11 to 0-11 was the final score after late Tipperary chances to raise a green flag went abegging.
After the game our reporter Stephen Gleeson and Clare native Michael O Connor discussed the action.
