Welly-throwers have broken a world record at Day 2 of Ploughing 2023.
The Macra na Feirme welly-throwing competition took place earlier this afternoon with a crowd of over 1,000 turning up to view the world record attempt.
Nine hundred and ninety five people threw their wellies in the air, beating a precious record of 792 which was set in the UK.
In a Facebook post published after the event's success, Macra na Feirme stated, "Thank you to every single person who got involved."
